Beach Tournament

Hello to all! Méteo AUM announces beautiful and warm for March 17th, 2012!

For several years, the amateurs of Beach ultimate has demonstrate a big interest for a beach tournament. Because of the numerous demands, the AUM plunges into the organization of a tournament and proposes you a RHUMantic adventure of one day under Pirates of Carribbean ' theme.

It will be the ideal day to exchange your winter boots for a wooden leg and your umbrella for a sword! Will you know how to find the buried treasure and take away the price?

• WHEN: on Saturday, March 17th, 2012
• WHERE: the Espace Griffintown. 1314 Olier, Montreal, Qc H3C 1W4
• THEME: Pirates the Carribbean
• COST: $250 per team (reception of your check confirms your registration) *
  • Please post your payment (check to the AUM), at 2194 ave de la Salle, suite 210, Montreal (Quebec H1V 2K8).
• FORMAT: 4x4 (maximum of 20 teams)
  • 3 games guaranteed by team with the possibility of one finale
  • 2 categories (Competitive and recreation)
• ACTIVITIES:
  
  • First BARBECUE of the AUM (hamburgers and others stuffs will be supplied to you during the diner)
  • Party Lounge style with Beers and Drinks sold on the spot by Espaca Griffintown
  • There will be some games of participation (prize at the end)
• Online registration now open (registration will close on Monday, March 12th)

 You don't have a team but would LOOOVE to play? Give us your name and we will try to create pick-up teams for this event.

The first Indoor Beach Tournament has been held at the Centre 365 inc. on March 21st, 2009.  A lot of fun despite having some sun!  Here are the final standings of the first edition.  Don't miss the second one in 2010!
