The Montreal Ultimate Association invites you to participate in their Ultimate Rendez-vous this summer, every Sunday afternoon, at Parc Père-Marquette!

You've never played Ultimate and like discovering new sports? Our animators will be on site and will be teaching the basics of this great sport, from throwing skills to game situations!

Do no miss the Ultimate Rendez-Vous:

• this activity is offered FREE of charge for all AUM members and NON-members!
